Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Wealthweeks website or purchasing tickets. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WEALTH WEEKS LTD regarding your use of our services and participation in Wealthweeks.

  1. Company Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Attendee", "you", or "your") and:

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Wealthweeks website, purchase of tickets, and participation in the Wealthweeks event and any related activities.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, or attending Wealthweeks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

During the ticket purchase process, you will be required to actively confirm your acceptance of these Terms and related policies (including Privacy Policy) by selecting a checkbox. Such electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase tickets. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union regulations, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC).

  1. Event Details

Wealth Weeks Cyprus 2026 is scheduled to take place on 09-10 June 2026 in Limassol, Cyprus. We reserve the right to change the event date, venue, programme, speakers, or other event details. In the event of material changes, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

The event programme, speaker line-up, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. We shall endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.

  1. Ticket Purchase and Registration

a) Ticket Types and Pricing.

Tickets are available at prices and categories as listed on our website. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT as required by Cyprus VAT Law (Law 95(I)/2000). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

b) Payment.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

c) Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details and event badge information. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

d) Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for the named ticket holder only and for the specific event dates and access level purchased. Tickets must not be used for unauthorised commercial purposes, including resale at a premium.

e) Payment Providers and Platforms

We use third-party service providers to facilitate ticket sales and payment processing, including but not limited to Stripe, JCC smart, Luma, SoldOut Tickets (Cyprus), and other regional payment providers.

Depending on the method selected, your payment and certain personal data may be processed by providers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to the United States or other jurisdictions, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Such providers act as independent data controllers and/or processors under their own terms and privacy policies.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the use of such third-party platforms and the transfer of your data to them as necessary to complete your transaction.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

a) Attendee Cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, tickets are transferable to another individual up to 48 hours before the event, subject to notification to WEALTH WEEKS LTD via email.

b) Event Cancellation by Organiser

If we cancel the event entirely and it is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

c) Event Postponement

If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

d) Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, please note that tickets for events on a specific date fall under the exception to the 14-day withdrawal right (Article 16(l)). Accordingly, the right of withdrawal does not apply to ticket purchases for Wealthweeks.

  1. Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour throughout the event. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, nationality, or any other protected characteristic

  • Disruptive behaviour that interferes with sessions, presentations, or other attendees' experience

  • Unauthorised recording or live-streaming of sessions (unless explicitly permitted)

  • Distribution of unauthorised promotional materials

  • Damage to venue property or equipment

  • Any illegal activity under Cyprus law

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund. In serious cases, we may report incidents to the relevant authorities.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding associated with Wealthweeks — including but not limited to the name, logo, website design, presentations, videos, photographs, and written materials — are the intellectual property of WEALTH WEEKSLTD or its licensors and are protected under Cyprus Copyright Law (Law 59/1976) and applicable EU intellectual property legislation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Attendees may share personal experiences on social media but must not reproduce presentation content, speaker materials, or proprietary information without permission.

  1. Photography, Video, and Recording

By attending Wealthweeks, you acknowledge that photographs, videos and recordings will be taken of you by our official event photographers and videographers. These materials may be used for:

  • Event promotion and marketing (website, social media, advertising)

  • Press and media coverage

  • Internal documentation and archives

  • Future event marketing materials

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our event staff at check-in, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Please also note that during the registration process, there is a (checkbox) about consent to use of image and recording.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU consumer protection legislation:

  • WEALTH WEEKSLTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your attendance at or participation in Wealthweeks

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the event shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the claimant

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property during the event

  • We are not liable for any injuries sustained at the event, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct

  • We are not responsible for the content or opinions expressed by speakers, panellists, or other attendees

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action

  • Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action

  • Power failures, internet outages, or IT system failures

  • Severe weather conditions or travel disruptions

  • Any order, regulation, or directive of any government or public authority

In the event of force majeure, we shall use reasonable endeavours to reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements. If the event cannot be rescheduled, refund arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.

  1. Website Use

Your use of the Wealthweeks website is subject to the following conditions:

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website

  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database

  • You must not introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious software

  • Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction is prohibited without prior written consent

  • Content on the website is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute professional advice

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

  1. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our web-service, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

This includes ticketing and event platforms (such as Luma or SoldOut) which may host registration pages, manage attendee data, and facilitate communication.

  1. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Cyprus data protection Law 125 (I)/2018. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer

In order to organise and administer the event, we may share attendee personal data with trusted third-party partners, including conference co-organisers, badge printing providers, and event operations partners.

This may include:

  • Full name

  • Company name

  • Job title

  • Email address

Such data sharing is necessary for the performance of the event participation.

All partners are contractually obligated to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

With your explicit consent, we may send you:

  • Event updates

  • Promotional materials

  • Information about future events and services

You may opt in to receive such communications during the ticket purchase process. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email to registered attendees. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Republic of Cyprus. In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers resident in the EU may also use the Online

Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at:

We encourage parties to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to formal proceedings.
